Have there been issues where the system does not reply to SMS’s? I find that on an infrequent basis, almost at random, that when submit an expense via SMS I receive no confirmation reply, and it never gets posted to the database. After several tries I basically find I have to wait a few hours before it will accept any expenses via SMS. I would suspect my carrier (Rogers Canada) but I can use another global based SMS system without a single missed message. Any ideas?

Donovan, I’m sorry about that. We have had a few reports of issues with Canadian providers, so that may be the source. If you could drop us a line at feedback@xpenser.com we can do some digging and see if there are any other issues.
hello, wonder if anyone can help.
i was using xpenser today in the morning inputting past expences. now after lunch it seems I cannot see the xpenser wsite anymore. have I been blocked for some reasons? can it be solved? or have I done something wrong?

You haven’t been blocked, and you should be able to reach Xpenser at any time. Please try again and let us know if you run into any issues.
