regarding tags, is there any way to modify a tag and have it propagate backwards into already tagged data?

Question – when i use the iPhone interface, i haven’t been able to enter tags. Am i just not looking in the right place?

Look for the comma-in-large number fix in our next release. There have also been issues with commas and periods throwing off tag and keyword processing that’ll be addressed in the same release.

I started using Xpenser with Dial2Do only recently and I love it, but there’s one simple problem – for large amounts (1000 or more), Xpenser misinterprets the data from Dial2Do – it treats the comma as a decimal point, so if I record something like “one thousand three hundred and fifty” on Dial2Do, it shows as 1.30 on Xpenser.

I’m using Xpenser to manage my expenses in Yen (I live in Japan), so many if not most of the entries I make are over 1000 – of course I can always correct the mistakes manually, but it would be great if the function was updated for large sums.

Thank you for a great, great service Xpenser staff – thanks to your cooperation with Dial2Do my budgeting turned from “oh god, I don’t have a pen, ugh, recording your expenses sucks!” to “Well, let’s just make a quick call…”

William, I’m sorry if we somehow missed your email; we’re generally very good at responding quickly. It’s not possible to setup recurring expenses at the moment, but it’s a frequently requested feature that we will be supporting in a future release. Keep an eye on the blog for the announcement.
